There’s no better feeling than running in the rain!
It’s easy to look out the window and think NOPE…. but for me it’s just got to be done! Running is my medication, running is my therapy. I count myself lucky everyday I can get out and manage my mental health through running.
It’s pretty mental out there; the paths and roads are flooded in places and the wind and rain is coming thick and fast. If you do go out, just make sure you stay safe!
