Red January – Day 17!!! 🔴
Over the half way point now, feeling stronger mentally than last year. I generally run every day; but it’s great to have the excuse to “need to run”.
204 km run so far, some of the best km’s I’ve ever ran. Never felt so good! Changed the diet up to start the new year, lost a few pounds, got caught up in RED and the PB’s keep coming.
On yesterday’s London Marathon training run I hit PB’s on 10 miles, 20 k, 15 k and Half Marathon. Running 25 k in 1:55:50. I’d never had dreamed of this last year! Now it’s just about managing the OCD, controlling the anxiety and not letting depression catch me!
