Two years since running saved my life

It’s mad to think it’s been just over two years since I discovered running. That means it’s been just over two years since I managed to get a firmer hold on my life and change it for the better.

Running replaced medicine

Running replaced sleepless nights.

Running replaced long drawn out panic
attacks, which would impact my life for months on end!

Running replaced the fear of the day ahead.

Running taught me to look to the future.

Running helped me love again, stronger.

Running made me believe again.

Running gave me the strength to reach out and help others.

Running made me a better man.

Running gives me respite from the day to day challenges OCD throws at me.

Running helps me dig myself out of the deep holes of depression when times get tough.

Running cushions the fall when my mind can’t cope.

Running gave me the strength to fight back!

RUNNING SAVED MY LIFE!
